All bookings, whether initial or additional, are subject to acceptance by and shall only become effective upon confirmation by  the Company (Studio012). The Dealer agrees that the Company, in its sole and absolute discretion, may accept or reject any booking, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever, and no commission will be paid to the Dealer with respect to the portion of any booking that is rejected. The Dealer will be refunded in full, within 7 working days.
